Office Policies
-
We hope to develop lifelong relationships with our patients, built on mutual respect and open communication.
We understand that things happen which prevent you from being able to keep your appointment and will almost always choose to extend grace and be accommodating. However, we ask that you please communicate with us and respect our policies, which are set in place to honor everyone’s time.
Please review our office policies below.
-
We respectfully ask that you take responsibility for your scheduled appointment, as it is time that is reserved specifically for you. This helps to ensure that we can run an efficient practice while meeting the needs of those who could have otherwise been seen or are waiting to get an appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you notify us within 24 hours. As a courtesy, we automatically send a 24 hour email AND 2 hour text reminder of your upcoming appointment. Failure to notify us will result in being charged an office administrative fee, per person.
-
We must adhere to the time allotted for your scheduled appointment to respect both our time and the time of all our other scheduled patients.
We ask that you provide notification of being more than 5 minutes late to ensure that we will still be able to see you. There are instances where we may not be able to accommodate a late arrival and will need to reschedule your appointment.
-
Failure to show up to an appointment without notifying us (social media messages are not considered official notification) will result in being charged the FULL COST of the service missed, per person.
New patients who do not show up to their appointments or notify us will not be able to reschedule in the future. As a reminder, the deposit to secure your appointment is non-refundable.
-
In order to reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable $165 deposit is required. This will cover the full cost of your initial visit.
Should you need to reschedule your initial visit, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice so that we are able to fill in your time slot with someone on our waitlist. If you reschedule more than 2 times, we will discontinue immediate rescheduling in order to prioritize our waitlist.
