Frequently Asked Questions

Does your office accept insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance companies restrict our ability to provide truly patient-centered care by dictating specific rules and limitations. Due to this reason, we are a direct pay, cash-based office and our patients pay at the time of service or pre-pay for a recommended care plan.

We do accept HSA and FSA cards.

We do not provide superbills, work with Medicare, or take personal injury cases.

What is the cost of an initial visit?

Our initial visit for new patients is split into two appointments on different days- the initial consultation and report of findings. Both are included as part of the initial investment of $165.

You can learn more about our new patient process here.

Note: Not everyone chooses to begin care, so an adjustment is not included in this initial fee.

What if I’m a returning patient?

If it’s been less than 6 months since we last saw you, just give us a call & we will be happy to schedule you as soon as we can! However, if it’s been more than 6 months, you will be considered a returning patient and will need to go through our new patient process again and complete a new set of scans. This will ensure that we are doing our due diligence, give us an opportunity to catch up, and establish new health goals.

Our returning patient fee is $120 (normally $165).

Will you adjust me on the first visit?

That depends. In some cases, we will need to refer out before adjusting so it depends on every individual case. In other cases, we might wait until the second follow up visit before adjusting to give us some time to review scans.

At Vibrant Health, we do not want to guess with your health and are committed to providing you with the best care possible. We split the initial consultation into two separate visits because we perform nervous system scans on Day 1 that the doctor needs to look over to objectively understand your body and create the most individualized recommendations for you. You will normally receive your first adjustment on the second follow up visit if you decide to begin care.

What can I expect to pay for ongoing care?

We value transparency, so all details regarding pricing can be found here.

What if I just want a couple of adjustments?

As long as you’ve gone through our new patient process and are an active patient (meaning you’ve been here within the last 6 months), you are free to pay our follow up visit of $68. However, in order to best support you and resolve health symptoms, it is ideal to come on a regular basis. To make this financially feasible, we offer discounts and wellness memberships which are significantly reduced in comparison to our regular fee.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, our office is probably not going to be the right fit for you.

When can I expect to see results?

Everyone heals at a different rate as the healing process is not linear. Your health history, stress levels, and lifestyle choices will also impact the rate of healing. Some people see immediate results after their first couple of adjustments and others notice gradual changes as their care plan progresses. Generally, most people start to experience significant improvements after a couple of weeks of consistent care.
